  2. Ability to build only if changes detected in specific assembly (defined in build configs)

I've selected number of my projects (Not all Repo projects) to be built in the Build Service configurations.

The problem is a build is trigger if commit made to any file in the repo, MyGet should only trigger builds if changes are in the defined list of projects to build.

  3. Improve Azure AD integration

It would be nice if I could assign rights to Azure AD groups instead of individual users.

Also, disabling accounts if they no longer exist in Azure AD would be a big plus.

  4. Ability to get a list of all the users who are in your enterprise

Since we need to manage the user accounts separately when people leave the organization, it would be nice if I could get an export of all the current users in the system so that I can compare it to what users are active in our AD, paging through hundreds of users and searching one at a time is cumbersome.

  5. The ability to

the ability to remove packages so that only the feed owner can see it. This would be so as to keep packages (and their stats) around but not available for download

  6. Slack webhook options for more selective notifications

We like the Slack webhook, but it tends to be very chatty, even given the current configuration options for it. There are two cases we wish the webhook supported:

    • Disabling notifications for debugging symbol package pushes. Since we usually push symbols with our internal packages, this results in two messages each time a package is pushed.

    • Filtering between release and pre-release packages for notifications. We'd like to have release packages notify a different channel so the people on our team that only care about released updates can be notified. Today, they just mute the whole channel because the pre-release packages…

  7. Block packages based on vulnerability / license report

I would like to block package download based on a vulnerability (or license) type.

  9. API access to functionality

It would be great to have an API to automate certain tasks on MyGet!

  10. Download the license report as a CSV file

The licenses view with pie chart is great, but I'd like to be able to download the license report as a CSV file. I need to provide a report of licenses for due diligence purposes and giving a login to MyGet to view it directly is not a viable option.

  11. Package download statistics

In short: Google Analytics for packages

It would be grat to have a series of metrics and statistics about my feed. Where do downloads of packages come from? Which version of NuGet are they using?

  12. ADFS / token restriction / Credential Provider workflow support

I'm hoping that a more secure ADFS experience/workflow can be created. I would like to see a situation where an administrator can restrict token-based authentication for feed consumers and the consumers can use some sort of Nuget ADFS CredentialProvider to authenticate against the feed. (Perhaps with single-use, short-lived tokens generated by the provider?) That way when an AD account is disabled there is no need to secondarily disable a myget account.

  13. Group/role based authorisation for Google Apps

    Hi,

At the moment all permissions are assigned on per user basis which requires significant effort if you have more than a handful of users or/and a several feeds.

    • Could you rovide a way of assigning permission on per group/role basis so it is enough to assign user to a single role/group and then they get access to required resources ?

    • Could you also add ability to assign newly authenticated users to a default group/role

    Thanks

    Pawel

  14. Support installing Chocolatey packages during build

There are some external tools I'd like to use during my build that are distributed by chocolate.org. Do\could you support build.bat using choco to install those tools on the build machine? I'm assuming the build machines are snapshot VMs that get reverted after each build? That would also be nice to know\have documented.

  15. Discover Build Logs

My build produces six different build logs that I would like to examine for each build. You could identify them by suffix. Mine are suffixed with diag, detailed, normal, error, summary, and warning. Or you could choose a suffix. Say anything ending in build.log. They get big so maybe you only need to retain them for a few days.

  16. Delete all packages with no downloads from package history view

    Hi!
My idea for a new option on the delete button in the package history view:
I would like to be able to quickly delete all packages that have not been downloaded. At the same time I would also like to keep the latest package regardless of whether it has been downloaded or not.

  17. Introduce ability to multi-selected packages

I'd like be able to highlight multiple versions of a package and then perform the same operation on all of them.
We've got a bunch of packages that were uploaded and shouldn't have been. At the moment it takes about a chunk of time to delete each one, with lots of waiting for pages to refresh. Because the delete doesn't give automatic feedback I then have to keep track of the ones I've already deleted.

  18. More intuitive navigation

The current version of MyGet looks a bit like a product that has grown organically from something quite small and simple into something that appears to be large and complex. That's at least the impression I get.

So I would highly appreciate if you could take a step back, look at the site with a bird's eye view and create a new information architecture, design and user experience. Inspect every current function, rip it out from where it is today and put back into a place where it feels more at home and where it can be found more intuitively.

  19. Package details: allow to update to a specific version

On package details page, when new versions are available, it would be great to be able to choose a version from a list (last version may be selected by default).

  20. Automatic package updates: allow to choose a version type

In automatic package update feature, it would be great to be able to choose what kind of new version can be added automatically (PATCH, MINOR, MAJOR).
